Providing information about our services, sharing new service announcements, managing potential customer relationships, reference verification, and user experience development

2.3 Security and Legal Obligations

Compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and related legislation, fulfilling requests from official institutions, implementing cyber security processes, managing legal processes in the event of potential disputes

2.4 Website Usage and Visitor Analytics

Analysing website usage through cookies, improving user experience, measuring visitor traffic, identifying errors and optimising performance

Data is collected through the following channels:

Contact forms, WhatsApp support line, email correspondence, social media communications, cookies, quotation and contract processes, request/appointment/meeting records

8. Data Retention Periods

Personal data is stored for the duration required by the service, up to a maximum of 10 years, until the legal retention periods expire; at the end of this period, it is deleted, anonymised or destroyed.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

To learn whether personal data is being processed, to request information if it is being processed, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom the data has been transferred, to request the correction of the data, to request its deletion/destruction, to request notification to the third parties to whom it has been transferred, to object to the analysis of the processed data, to request compensation if you have suffered damage.
